Most English Premiership players will be enjoying a well-earned holiday at the moment, having completed a packed schedule since rugby restarted in the country last August.

However, 20-year-old Gloucester centre Isaac Marsh delayed his break in order to take on an intense fitness challenge in aid of cancer research.

Marsh, whose grandmother passed away from the illness, spent 24 hours on a Wattbike he borrowed from club-mate Louis Rees-Zammit and raised £2,500 for charity.

“Everything was screaming at me to just get off the bike, sit down or like put my legs in the air,” he told Monye on this week’s show.

Later in the episode, Monye is joined by Topsy Ojo, and the former test wingers select their combined British and Irish Lions and Springbok backlines before they do battle in a game of water pong.

Enjoy!
