Canada second-row Laetitia Royer will attend an independent disciplinary hearing after she received a red card as a result of an accumulation of two yellow cards in Canada’s international match against USA in the World Rugby Pacific Four Series on Friday, 5 November, 2021. 

The player will attend a hearing via video conference before an independent Judicial Committee chaired by Juan Pablo Tafernaberry (Uruguay), joined by former international referee Donal Courtney (Ireland) and former professional and international player Martyn Wood (England).

The hearing will take place on Monday, 8 November, 2021.
