The IRB Awards 2007 return to Paris and will take place on the night after the IRB Rugby World Cup 2007 final, on 21 October.
The venue for this year's event is once again the Pavillon d'Armenonville in Paris's Allée de Longchamp.
The nominees for the various categories will be announced soon. As with years past, a panel of distinguished judges, including convenor John Eales, will decide the IRB Player, Team and Coach of the Year.
During the IRB Awards Dinner a total of five candidates will be inducted into the IRB Hall of Fame - two from the 19th Century, two from the 20th Century and one from the 21st Century.
