World Rugby Council Decisions

In accordance with Bye-Law 9 the World Rugby Council meets twice a year at an Annual Meeting and Interim Meeting of Council. The Powers of the World Rugby Council are set out in Bye-Law 9.6.

Following the conclusion of a World Rugby Council meeting, the decisions of Council are circulated to all Member Unions and Regional Associations, the decision letters (from 2021) may be found below.
