South Africa flanker Catha Jacobs will appear before an independent judicial committee on Wednesday, 29 March having received a red card in South Africa’s international match against Canada on 25 March for an offence contrary to Law 9.13 (dangerous tackle). 

The independent Disciplinary Committee that will hear the matter is chaired by Rhian Williams (Wales), joined by former international player Olly Kohn (Wales) and former international referee Juan Pablo Spirandelli (Argentina).
