Following on from Agustin Creevy’s victory over Jamie George in the world’s biggest darts match, Aaron Smith attempts to strike another blow for the southern hemisphere in the latest episode of the Ultimate Rugby Challenge: North v South.

France favourite Dupont is currently considered by many to be the best scrum-half in the world, a title that most All Blacks fans would dispute given they have multiple Rugby World Cup winner Smith in their corner.

But who will come out on top in the latest challenge, dreamt up by World Rugby TV presenter and former England and Lions international Ugo Monye, to determine which of the two has the fastest pass?

“I always love a challenge, and if there is one thing in rugby that I think I could have a good crack at a record is passing,” said 97-cap All Black Smith, firing the first of the bullets.

Dupont countered: “I’m not used to making such fast passes on the field, but I’ve got to try and win the challenge and will do the best that I can.”

In the challenge, both players clock up impressive speeds but to find out who won you need to watch World Rugby’s YouTube channel this Friday at BST 20:00.
