The final squads of 12 have been declared by all 16 countries set to compete in the Emirates Airline London Sevens, the penultimate leg of the 2009/2010 IRB Sevens World Series.
With just two events to play Samoa currently lead the World Series for the first time, three points clear of eight-time winners New Zealand.
All of the sides are bolstered by the return of key players for the season's European climax, which kicks off over two days this weekend at Twickenham and will conclude next weekend at Murrayfield.

1. SAMOA - 124 pts - Samoa are the most experienced squad at Twickenham, having collectively played in 301 tournaments. Uale Mai is the most capped player in the history of the World Series with 65 tournaments under his belt. This season's leading try scorer Mikaele Pesamino is eight short of 150 tries in his 28th tournament. Alatasi Tupou comes in for wing David Lemi, who had been set to make a long-awaited return to the Sevens fold.
2. NEW ZEALAND - 121 - Beauden Barrett is the only debutant in a strong New Zealand squad featuring Lote Raikabula and Sherwin Stowers, who both return from injury. Vice captain Zar Lawrence is two tries short of his 100th in IRB Sevens.
3. FIJI - 94 - Juggling the Sevens with the ongoing IRB Pacific Rugby Cup and preparations for the ANZ Pacific Nations Cup, Fiji name five new caps in their squad but do recall two stars of the past in Seru Rabeni and Apolosi Satala.
4. AUSTRALIA - 78 - Australia have named a strengthened side, captained by James Stannard and with the recalls of Henry Vanderglas, Ed Jenkins, Bernard Foley and Clinton Sills.
5. ENGLAND - 74 - Ben Gollings captains England and is two tries away from becoming only the second person to reach 200 career tries in IRB Sevens Rugby. The hosts recall Micky Young, the scrum half who scored the title-winning try last year at Twickenham, alongside flying Wasps wing Tom Varndell, Kevin Barrett and Rob Vickerman. However, the reigning IRB Sevens Player of the Year Ollie Phillips has been replaced late in the squad by Oliver Lindsay-Hague.
6. SOUTH AFRICA - 54 - Renfred Dazel is a surprise inclusion, having been flown in overnight to replace injured captain Kyle Brown. The reigning World Series champions also recall Fabian Juries, the third highest try scorer in the history of IRB Sevens. Mzwandile Stick also returns with Neil Powell.
7. KENYA - 52 - With 279 caps between them, Kenya are the second most experienced squad behind only Samoa. The team will be captained by Humphrey Kayange, while brother Collins Injera is just nine tries short of reaching 100 career tries in his 25th event.
8. ARGENTINA - 38 - Argentina's Santiago Gomez Cora returns and is currently the leading all time try scorer in the game, with 227. He joins a strong side also boosted by the recall of Nicolas Bruzzone.
9. UNITED STATES - 32 - Enjoying their best ever season, Al Caravelli's side is again led by Kevin Swiryn but lacks the forward presence of Matt Hawkins and Leonard Peters. Colin Hawley and Ryan Roundy make their debuts, while NFL convert Tommy Saunders plays in his third event.
10. WALES - 24 - Jevon Groves captains the side, which benefits from the recall of the country's Rugby World Cup Sevens-winning captain Lee Beach and two of his teammates in Dubai last year, Rhys Webb and Craig Hill. Ifan Evans and Alex Cuthbert provide express pace.
11. CANADA - 11 - Impressive in both Wellington and Hong Kong, Morgan Williams' side is captained by scrum half lynchpin Phil Mack and also features returns for the likes of Thyssen de Goede and Justin Mensah-Coker.
Of the sides not to have registered a Series point so far this season, Scotland look by far the most strengthened ahead of this and their home event in Edinburgh next weekend. Captain Scott Forrest returns alongside Mark Robertson, John Houston, Ally Hogg, Greig Laidlaw and Roddy Grant, while full-time Sevens specialists Mike Adamson and Colin Shaw also start.
France name Rida Jaouher, Manoel Dall Igna, Renaud Delmas and Anthony Poujol in a strengthened side.
Portugal name a strong line-up featuring the likes of David Mateus, Pedro Leal, Aderito Esteves, Goncalo Foro and Sebastiao da Cunha, all of whom have played 20 events or more in IRB Sevens rugby, as well as Antonio de Aguilar.
The other teams competing in London and Edinburgh are Russia, who name a strong squad while also preparing for the Churchill Cup, which kicks off on 5 June in the Colorado, USA and Italy, who are the least experienced side with seven debutants.
