USA SEVENS
This week Total Rugby is in Las Vegas, the entertainment capital of the world which is poised to host to the fourth leg of the IRB Sevens World Series.

We hear from commentator Nigel Starmer-Smith, Tournament Director Dan Lyle, USA Sevens coach Al Caravelli and player Leonard Peters, as well as new USA Women's Sevens coach Ric Suggitt.

NZI SEVENS
Fiji arrived in Las Vegas for the USA Sevens on a high after an impressive display saw off rivals Samoa in last weekend's final in Wellington, to the delight of their coach Iliesa Tanivula.

INVICTUS
We're also in London as the stars from the screen and scrum join together for the British premiere of Clint Eastwood's new rugby blockbuster Invictus, the story of Nelson Mandela and South Africa's success at Rugby World Cup 1995.

SIX NATIONS
The race to lift the RBS Six Nations 2010 crown kicked off last weekend with England, France and defending champions Ireland tasting victory. England's women also got their title defence off to a winning start, while Ireland beat Italy and Scotland upset France.

CYCLE SLAM
We also catch up with World Cup winner Lawrence Dallaglio, who is embarking on another daunting challenge to cycle around all the Six Nations grounds, starting in Rome and finishing in Edinburgh on 13 March. Total Rugby's Danny Prior will be joining the former England international on the journey.
