World Rugby can confirm that the following players will have their cases heard by a Foul Play Review Committee (FPRC) on Tuesday, 14 July 2026.
- USA #18 Alfie Booth, Japan v USA, red card for an offence contrary to Law 9.15 (pushing, charging, obstructing opponent not in possession of the ball)
- Wales #19 Luke Evans, Australia v Wales, red card for an offence contrary to Law 9.13 (dangerous tackling)
- England #7 Seb Kelly, South Africa v England, red card for an offence contrary to Law 9.12 (striking with the head)
- South Africa #15 Luan Giliomee, South Africa v England, red card for an offence contrary to Law 9.17 (contact in the air)
- Ireland #23 Harry Waters, Ireland v Fiji, red card for an offence contrary to Law 9.16 (charging no attempt to grasp)
In line with the expedited off-field sanction trial, operating for the Junior World Championship, the citing window is 12 hours following the final whistle. The FPRC will ordinarily convene after each matchday to review red card incidents and citings. If required, all full disciplinary committee hearings will be conducted ordinarily with 48 hours following the relevant match.
