World Rugby can confirm that the following player will have their case heard by a Foul Play Review Committee (FPRC) on Monday, 13 July, 2026.
Hong Kong China #4 Lachlan Doheny received a red card vs Chile for an accumulation of two yellow cards (cynical infringement Law 9.7(a) and high tackle Law 9.13)
In line with the expedited off-field sanction trial, operating for the World Rugby Nations Cup 2026, the citing window is 12 hours following the final whistle. The FPRC will ordinarily convene after each match weekend to review red card incidents and citings. If required, all full disciplinary committee hearings will be conducted ordinarily with 48 hours following the relevant match.
