With exactly one year to go until the Rugby World Cup 2019 final in Japan, the official online shop has opened at www.rugbyworldcup.com/shop and via the tournament App.

Available in English and Japanese, the shop will stock the complete range of Rugby World Cup 2019 merchandise, featuring must-have gifts and apparel for all ages, and with the festive season fast-approaching, the collections will be in high-demand.

While there is something for everyone, the Ren-G mascots are likely to prove exceptionally popular both in Japan and around the world, while the official Gilbert SIRIUS replica match ball is also available.

The product offering will broaden and be enriched on a regular basis as we launch into the Rugby World Cup year.

World Rugby Chief Executive Brett Gosper said: “We are delighted to be launching the online store, which will be the destination for all official licensed merchandise related to Asia’s first Rugby World Cup.

“With new products to be rolled out in the coming weeks and months, fans will be treated to a collection with a distinctly Japanese flavour, while celebrating the heritage and prestige of the tournament and the competing teams.”

As part of a campaign to protect fans from counterfeited merchandise, World Rugby has created an official guide where fans can check they are buying from official sources – www.rugbyworldcup.com/buy-official.

Fans can now apply for Rugby World Cup 2019 match tickets and purchase official supporter tours and hospitality via the official ticketing site at www.rugbyworldcup.com/tickets.
