World Rugby can confirm that the following players will have their cases heard by an Independent Foul Play Review Committee (FPRC) on Monday, 14 September 2026.

Isoa Nasilasila (Fiji Men)

Fiji’s Isoa Nasilasila was issued the red card for an offence contrary to Law 9.20(d), removing the jackler but not by rolling, pulling or twisting, following an upgrade by the Foul Play Review Office (FPRO) during Fiji’s match against Canada in the Asahi Super Dry Pacific Nations Cup 2026 on Saturday, 12 September 2026.

Brittany Kassil (Canada women)

Canada’s Brittany Kassil was issued the red card for an offence contrary to Law 9.13, dangerous tackling, following an upgrade by the Foul Play Review Officer during Canada’s match against Scotland in the WXV Global Series on Saturday, 12 September 2026.

As part of the expedited off-field sanction process in operation for the WXV Tournaments and the Pacific Nations Cup, the citing window is limited to 12 hours following the final whistle.

The Foul Play Review Committee will ordinarily convene within 24 to 36 hours after each match day to review red card incidents and citing. All full disciplinary hearings will typically be conducted ordinarily within 48 hours following the relevant match. As the FPRC is covering the Challenger also, FPRC is sitting on the Mon rather than the Sun so have changed the timings slightly
