BYE-LAW 11 BYE-LAW 11. INTERPRETATION (a) In the event of a doubt arising at any time on a matter not provided for in, or as to the meaning or construction of the Bye-Laws, the Council shall be requested to determine the same. (b) These Bye-Laws and any Regulations Relating to the Game, General Regulations or Laws of the Game made pursuant thereto shall in all respects be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law, and any dispute arising there under shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
