Accreditation - RWC 2025
Media accreditation for press, photographers and non-rights holding broadcasters has now closed.
Rights holding broadcasters wishing to be accredited should contact Sarah Lunn, World Rugby Broadcast Services Manager (sarah.lunn@worldrugby.org).
Accreditation collection
Tournament accreditation passes can be collected from each venue accreditation centre. Locations, opening dates and times can be found in each venue section.
Please note you will need to show the same identity document that you used in your application to collect your pass.
Match day access
An additional access pass is required to attend venues on match days - accreditation alone will not grant access.
For those who have been approved for accreditation, you can find your match allocations in your online account. Match day passes will be emailed to you on the morning of the match.
Knock-out match requests will be taken at the end of the pool stage.
