  • Will I be able to leave and re-enter the stadium grounds on the day?

    No re-admittance is permitted. Everything you need for the day is within the stadium grounds, we've got food, drink, fantastic entertainment and, most of all, heart stopping rugby action.

  • How old do I have to be to purchase a ticket?

    All ticket purchasers must be over 18.

  • Can I purchase tickets at the stadium?

    All tickets are available online. Limited tickets may be available to purchase in person on the day of the event, subject to availability.

  • Are there any age restrictions for attending the event?

    Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult. Babes in arms are not permitted, and it's not advised under 5 years old attend the event.

  • What is the maximum number of tickets that I can purchase?

    The maximum number of tickets you can purchase in a single transaction is 8.

  • Are there any concessionary discounts?

    All tickets are sold exclusively at full price. Concessionary pricing is available to spectators with accessible requirements, subject to availability.

  • What methods of payment are accepted?

    All major credit and debit cards are accepted, excluding American Express.

  • When do I have to pay for my tickets?

    At the point of purchase. All ticket types are available online.

  • What happens to my data once the ticket purchase is complete?

    Yes, you'll need to download the ticket issuers app, if available. Tickets will be distributed closer to the event date, and you will be notified with instructions on how to do this closer to the event date. 

  • HOW AND WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TICKETS?

    Tickets will be issued digitally and we will communicate with you closer to the event date when your tickets are ready to be downloaded. 

  • WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY TICKETS?

  • Will I be required to bring ID for entry?

    Yes, ID may be required to confirm proof of age. The name on the ID should match the name on the ticket.

  • DO I HAVE TO PRINT MY TICKETS?

    Printed tickets will not be accepted at the entrance of the event. Please ensure you follow the instructions of the Ticket issuer, and your digital ticket is displayed on your phone in order to gain access into the event. Only the original digital ticket will grant access – do not take a ‘screenshot’ or a digital ‘pdf’ of your ticket. There might be limited connectivity at the stadium, so view and download your tickets before you arrive.

    If you select a reserved seat, you can select your seat at point of purchase. 
    If you select to purchase a General Admission ticket you will not be allocated a seat and can sit anywhere within the specific section designated on your ticket. Use our Event Map to navigate your way around the stadium.

  • WHERE IS THE PARTY STAND LOCATED?

    The Party Stand is located in the North Stand. 

  • CAN I SELECT MY SEATS IN THE STADIUM?

    No. All reserved seats are sold Best Available. Tier 1 seating is closest to the action.

  • Can I request seats next to my family or friends?

    No. If you wish flexibility, secure our General Admission pass to enjoy the flexibility of sitting where you like within your designated seating block.

  • WILL I BE ABLE TO LEAVE AND RE-ENTER THE STADIUM BOWL ON THE DAY?

    You are free to move within the Stadium perimeter throughout the day so you're free to enjoy everything that the concourse has to offer.
    No re-admittance is in effect if you leave the stadium. 

  • WHAT TICKETS ARE AVAILABLE FOR FANS WITH DISABILITIES AND THOSE WITH LIMITED MOBILITY?

  • WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

    The dress code for all VIP Areas is smart casual, but fancy dress is actively encouraged for Spring Hotel Terrace ticket holders.

  • CAN I TAKE MY WRISTBAND OFF ONCE I'M IN THE STADIUM?

    Wristbands will be given to each guest on entry to each of the lounges and must be kept on throughout the day.

  • Do children need a ticket?

    All children, regardless of age, must be in possession of a valid ticket to have access to the venue. There are no reduced prices for children.

  • Is there a minimum age for children?

    Under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult. Babes in arms (under 24 months) are not permitted. It is recommended under 5 years do not attend the event.

  • Can my child sit on my lap?

    No. Babes in arms are not permitted.

  • IS THERE A FAMILY ZONE IN THE STADIUM AND WHERE IS IT LOCATED?

    HSBC SVNS brings the party across the whole stadium. We don't have a specific family zone but recommend purchasing a General Admission ticket so you have the flexibility to move around the Stadium.

  • Where does my ticket allow me access?

    A valid ticket provides entry to the event. Each ticket provides a Tier and Block to sit in if a General Pass is purchased, or a reserved seat detailing Tier, Block, Row and Seat if a Reserved Pass is purchased. 

  • Are there any prohibited items that I should be aware of before attending the event?

    Yes. Prohibited items are included with your Ticketing Terms and Conditions.

  • Are there any restrictions on bringing bags into the venue?

    Yes. Please refer to the Event Terms and Conditions.

  • Should I expect to be searched at the gate?

    Yes. All ticket holders are subject to security searches, if required.
