IN TEARS: Yoann Huget’s dreams of performing at Rugby World Cup 2015 are over after one game
LONDON, 20 Sept – The fears of all French rugby fans are now confirmed: Yoann Huget has been ruled out of Rugby World Cup 2015.
Head coach Philippe Saint-André gave the news on Sunday during a rugby show on one of France’s main channels. The 28-year-old wing, one of Les Bleus' main offensive assets, is returning to France with a cruciate ligament injury in his right knee.
A replacement for Huget (41 caps) is expected later on Sunday.
