Tonga replacement back Viliami Fine will attend an independent disciplinary hearing after he received a red card for an act of foul play contrary to Law 9.12 (striking) in Tonga’s international match against England on Saturday, 6 November, 2021. 

The player will attend a hearing via video conference before an independent Judicial Committee chaired by Roger Morris (Wales), joined by former international referee Donal Courtney (Ireland) and former international Lawrence Sephaka (South Africa).  

The hearing will take place on Wednesday, 10 November.
